Corporate Event Video Production for Sustainable

Project Workflow

First of all, I had the pleasure of working alongside a photographer for this event, forming a team of two to ensure videography and photography coverage. My primary focus as a videographer was to capture engaging B-roll footage throughout the event and conduct interviews to help tell the story of this remarkable day.

The event was divided into two parts. The first half of the day featured arrivals, coffee breaks, speeches from key individuals and guests, and various leisure activities. It was a vibrant and engaging start to the event. The second part took place in the evening and was equally impressive. It included a beautifully decorated banquet hall, a recognition ceremony where Sustainable’s founder, Derek Horrocks, honored team members for their outstanding contributions over the past year, and an entertainment segment featuring dances and a DJ performance. The atmosphere was truly incredible and left a lasting impression not only on me but also on Sustainable’s team, who were amazed by the event's scale and the genuine appreciation their company showed for them.

After a full day of work as a professional videographer, my photographer and I reflected on the experience during the drive home. I told him this was one of those rare occasions where an event recharges your batteries instead of leaving you completely drained after 12–13 hours of work.
