For Ready to Fight, we produced a boxing interview video supported by additional promotional and testimonial content. Filmed in a busy boxing gym, the project focuses on clear storytelling, strong audio and energetic visuals to promote the app and connect with boxers on a personal level.

"Ready to Fight is a company owned by the box world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk. We want an engaging video ad to promote our app among boxers"
Client's Vision
The Ready to Fight Team needed a videographer who would work with influencer Jonny Rashman and film a few videos at gyms in the Manchester area. These videos are to be used to promote the Ready to Fight app among boxers.
We aim for a short commercial where professional boxer Marcus Tomlinson shares his story.
The video must be edited so that this story becomes part of the Ready to Fight app's advertising and shows how it can improve the development of boxers and help them earn money.
Project Details
This video is an excellent example of multi-camera editing.
To get the best possible sound, even in such a noisy environment as a boxing gym, I used professional audio cleanup software as well as AI services.
I created a dynamic video montage with music, jump cuts/camera switching, and constant zoom-in. I also added additional B-rolls to the video, which I had shot during the filming of this project.
Closed captions were made to emphasize the words of the interviewer and the boxer.
Project Workflow
I met up with Johnny, and we went to the Elite Boxing Gym in Bolton.
We also invited street photographer Andy G. Once we arrived, I chose a location, set up the cameras (I used 3 cameras), lights, microphones, and started shooting.
It was a noisy gym, and a lot was going on, but I managed to get great multicamera footage and quite clear audio, capturing the atmosphere of the gym and the stories of the fighters.
The Results
I shot over two hours of raw footage, including:
Interview with Alex Matvienko, professional boxing coach and head of Elite Boxing Gym in Bolton.
Training processes of Yousif Saeed, Marcus Tomlinson, Mickey Ellison and interviews with each of these fighters.
A lot of b-rolls that can be used in the future videos.
Additional Results:
I was a bit worried about the shoot at the gym. It was crazy noisy — people everywhere, shouting, hitting bags, etc. But when I saw the final product, I was blown away! The sound quality was amazing, even with all that going on. And the way Viktor captured the story? Top notch. This is the kind of videographer you want — gets it done fast, understands your vision, and delivers high-quality work. I'll definitely will work with Viktor again!
